- Front part of the split upper deck. The split (2 piece) top deck is recommended mainly for asphalt tracks. The top deck features milled holes for special tweak-free top deck screws. The top deck offers more steering response, and more on power steering. The flex characteristic is different than the kit top deck, and the 2 pieces allows for more flex options, which can be adjusted individually between the front and rear.
- Machined from 2.0mm graphite material, the shape of the top deck has been specifically designed to achieve maximum traction and great steering characteristics at the same time.
- The top deck can be connected to the motor mount using these alternatives:
- 1.) Soft setting - Only one rear screw is used. This allows maximum flex and provides maximum steering. However, the car is less stable on-power.
- 2.) Stiff setting “ Both screws are used. This setting gives reduced flex, rotation is decreased. This setting provides maximum stability and makes the car easier to drive.
